SHIPPING

There is free shipping for all domestic orders. All orders are shipped after being processed. Shipping and processing occurs Monday - Saturday. Processing can take up to 7 - 10 business days. Once processed, your order is shipped within 2 - 3 business days once tracking number is generated. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to be issued.

Billing address and shipping address must be the same. We do not ship to P.O boxes. Please make sure you are entering the correct billing address that is associated with your bank card. If you do not, your payment will not be processed.

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, GET LACEDD is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. Any issues in regards to that are to be directed to the shipping carrier.
