Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed.

All orders must be processed, which takes up to 7 - 10 business days. Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be generated. Your order is expected to ship 2 - 3 days after the tracking number has been issued to you. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to be generated.

Unfortunately, once your order is with the shipping carrier, GET LACEDD is not liable for any missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Yes, we pride ourselves on providing the best luxury hair possible. Our hair is able to withstand dye, bleach, and even heat. We suggest that for best results, you consult a professional to do the color. We also recommend that once the hair has been altered in any form, you continue with the maintenance to ensure its longevity.
